A dedicated ESG Director, reporting to the Management Board, leads our sustainability initiatives, supported by a task force comprising representatives from operations, finance, HR, legal, and quality teams. This leadership ensures that we are on track to achieve compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) well ahead of deadlines.
