Switzerland Rebrands to Affidea



On the 26th June Affidea Switzerland became the fifth country to rebrand its operations. The occasion was marked by an elegant, low key event and dinner at the Swatch group’s “La Cité du Temps” events’ centre in the heart of Geneva. Group CEO Dimitris Moulavasilis, Brand Strategist Peter Economides and Corporate Marketing Director Michal Korczeniewski joined the Swiss team to launch the new brand.

All Swiss centres closed early on the day, in order to allow staff to travel to Geneva. Coaches were organised to bring employees from all centres around the country to the recently refurbished CDRC clinic in Geneva Carouge. The impressive, ultramodern centre underwent a comprehensive renovation to become a pilot for the new Affidea Centre Design Concept.

Staff were then taken to the evening venue, which is located on a bridge crossing the River Rhône. The rebranding presentations focused on the values which inspired the new name and are built into it, as well as explaining the thinking behind the logo, which represents professional trust and human empathy, the pillars of the Affidea brand.

Country Manager Ralph Hefti commented “The event was a huge success, employees were enthralled by the presentations and the Affidea magic show. They were given Affidea blue Swatch watches as a memento of the big day.”
